Work Schedule: Part-time on weekends for large events

Position Summary:

This role serves as a visual deterrent against theft and inappropriate behavior. The primary focus is to utilize a commanding presence and effective communication to discourage theft and manage patrons who may be causing disturbances. Physical engagement is strictly limited to self-defense or the protection of others. Pursuing individuals who leave the premises for confrontational reasons is not permitted.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit heightened situational awareness at all times
  • Maintain a professional demeanor within the venue to deter criminal activity
  • Follow DDCues Post Orders and General Instructions meticulously
  • Promptly report incidents to both the client and DDCues Corporate Office
  • Keep all necessary certifications up to date with the New York Department of Licensing Agency, carrying required credentials while on duty
  • Dress in a tactical uniform that clearly identifies you as on-duty security personnel
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a New York State Guard license or active Law Enforcement credentials
  • Strong observational and surveillance skills
  • Proficient in report writing and documentation
