The Divisional Director, ORS is a senior leadership position responsible for the management and direction of the clinical department at LESC. This role requires exceptional clinical, administrative, and interpersonal skills to lead a multidisciplinary team in a behavioral health setting.

• Supervise all clinical and administrative functions of the MTP Departments.
• Conduct ongoing evaluation of department functions to assure delivery of quality service to patients and to insure that treatment plans are administered.
• Develop programs to manage crises, violence or other acting-out behaviors.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other department heads to integrate plans and activities.
• Chair staff meetings with TB Prevention program staff and implement the policies of the appropriate regulatory agencies.
• Assist staff in developing their professional abilities through group and case conferences.

• LCSW with success in leading a multidisciplinary team in a behavioral health setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical supervision experience required.
