Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pick/Packer to join our team at Performance Food Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and care.
  • Assist with inventory control and restocking shelves, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing clear and concise updates on order status and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and record inventory levels.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks and stretching exercises.
