**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Northwest Chevrolet of Bellingham. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles on a full-time, hourly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic screenings and repairs for customer vehicles
- Test vehicle parts and systems to ensure proper function and efficiency
- Keep detailed and accurate records of vehicle services and repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician in an automotive shop
- Ability to effectively use diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- ASE certification is preferred, but not required
- A valid driver's license
