Job Overview: At The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee, we are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience that exceeds expectations. As a Bar Staff Member, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by ensuring that every guest interaction is positive, memorable, and exceeds their expectations.
About the Position: This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment. You will be responsible for preparing drink orders for guests, issuing and serving wine/champagne bottles, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar and surrounding areas. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, restock supplies, and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
Key Responsibilities: Some of your key responsibilities will include preparing fresh garnishes for drinks, stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, transporting supplies to the bar set-up area, washing soiled glassware, removing soiled wares from the bar top and tables, anticipating and communicating replenishment needs, processing all payment methods, counting bank at end of shift, and completing designated cashier reports.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for career advancement.
