Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Histology Technician to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Histology Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and processing tissue samples for microscopic examination.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process tissue samples for microscopic examination
  • Operate and maintain histology equipment, including microtomes and staining machines
  • Develop and apply histological stains to tissue samples
  • Conduct quality control checks on tissue samples and histological preparations
  • Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Histology Technician
  • ASCP certification
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
  • Must reside 50+ miles away from the assignment location
