The Metal Fabrication Business Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the metal fabrication department. This includes managing equipment upkeep and supervising staff to ensure optimal production efficiency.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the unit's budget, monitor financial health, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold safety standards and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 4 years in metal fabrication, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Proficient in operating metal fabrication machinery and utilizing software for operational tasks. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Physical Abilities: Capable of performing manual tasks, including the handling of metal sheets.
  • Certifications: A valid driver's license and successful completion of a drug screening are mandatory.
