Position Summary

OBJECTIVE

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional service to all internal and external clients by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and effectively communicating solutions to product and service inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Update customer records by maintaining accurate account information.
  2. Engage potential clients by addressing inquiries related to products and services.
  3. Draft correspondence to gather additional information necessary for resolving customer issues.
  4. Maintain organized documentation for all customer interactions.
  5. Provide prompt feedback to the organization regarding service interruptions or client concerns.
  6. Ensure accurate pricing and implement necessary adjustments.
  7. Procure materials and manage vendor invoices as well as customer billing.
  8. Oversee inventory management.
  9. Address and resolve customer complaints, including arranging material pickups and processing credits.
  10. Participate in special projects and assignments as required by business needs.
  11. Safeguard all personally identifiable information and adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards in compliance with relevant regulations.
SUPERVISORY ROLE

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in data entry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications related to data entry.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently.
