Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents at Stonebrook Convalescent Center. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in healthcare and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients in taking prescribed medications and aid in mobility assistance.
  • Facilitate transportation for clients to appointments and outdoor activities.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
  • Assist with prescribed physical therapy exercises.
  • Accompany clients during shopping trips or manage their shopping needs.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Document and report any significant changes in client conditions or emergencies.
  • Engage clients in daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Qualifications
  • Passionate about working in a one-on-one care setting and eager to learn new skills.
  • Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrated compassion and support in caregiving roles.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care.
  • Commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or completion of a CNA Program.
  • Experience with Hoyer Lift is a plus.
