Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement care plans for clients and provide updates on completed tasks.
  • Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing and dressing.
  • Help with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands.
  • Support clients in self-administering medications (without administering or measuring).
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, or one year of experience in home care services.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Reliable transportation is required for client transport; a valid driver's license and proof of insurance are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dependable, motivated, and well-organized.
  • Comfortable using electronic devices.
