Job Overview

Position Title: Cellular/Radio Frequency Engineer – II (Electronics Engineer, Except Computer)

The selected contractor will appoint a project manager specializing in Cellular Communications and Radio Frequency Engineering. This role entails overseeing the effective coordination and execution of planning, scope, development, design, and management of significant projects related to Cellular System technologies.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Spectrum Management Certifications, or a related field, or equivalent experience as outlined below.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Cellular System Operations and Spectrum Management.
  • Experience with various cellular frequencies and coordination with license holders is essential.
  • Familiarity with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing Applications or other FCC licensing processes is required.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and resolving spectrum conflicts to support training objectives.

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
  • Capability to navigate various departments within the organization.

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.

Travel Requirements: Occasional minimal travel for corporate support may be necessary.
