Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Treasury Operations Specialist to manage and document cash disbursements while effectively communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrating reliability and a proactive approach to their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access and organize invoices from cloud storage solutions such as DropBox and SharePoint.
  • Verify invoice accuracy by cross-referencing with vendor registries and client communications.
  • Input wire transfers, ACH transactions, and Bill Pay payments across multiple banking platforms.
  • Manage client distributions and maintain capital call tracking.
  • Seek necessary approvals and ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Safeguard payment confirmations in designated client folders.
  • Update and maintain vendor registries as required.
  • Keep account information and payee templates current for various clients.
  • Regularly update bank activity spreadsheets as needed.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations when necessary.
  • Assist in the creation of ad hoc reports through invoice analysis.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Availability to work in the office during standard business hours.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Additional Information:

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
