Surgical Technologist Position

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms, providing exceptional patient care, and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain aseptic surgical environments, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
- Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures, providing essential support and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in Surgical Technology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull with 30 pounds of force.
