Droisys is in search of a GCP Cloud Infrastructure Specialist for an onsite, long-term opportunity in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Key Details

Job Title: GCP Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ [Onsite]

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go) concerning design, coding, testing, and software delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Google's product technologies and underlying architectures, including troubleshooting, reproducing, and diagnosing customer-reported issues, as well as developing tools for expedited diagnosis.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions.
  • Strong grasp of infrastructure-as-code principles and tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and secure coding standards.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure management.
