About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Nursing Assistant to join our team at Southcoast Health. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of a Manager, Patient Care Services, you will perform a variety of duties including basic care, personal hygiene, mobility, nutritional support, and maintaining a clean patient environment.
  • You will also provide assistance to licensed staff in carrying out other related duties.

Requirements:

  • Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training.
  • Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Training Program is preferred.
  • Nursing Assistant Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the equivalent is required.
  • Current CPR Certification is required.
  • Three (3) months experience in an acute care or long term setting is preferred.
