About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist/Laboratory Technician to join our team at one of the leading private labs in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures using chemical, physical, and biological principles. This includes but is not limited to maintaining accurate records, interpreting results, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (chemical, physical, biological, or clinical lab science) or medical technology preferred;
• Valid certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or the American Medical Technologists (AMT);
• Maintain ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and certifications;
• Experience is desirable but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Work Environment:

This full-time position offers a stable schedule of Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Our team provides anatomic, clinical, and molecular pathology services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
