About the Role:

This Registered Behavior Technician position plays a critical role in the delivery of prescribed treatment plans for assigned patients under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Delivering evidence-based ABA services to patients with autism and other developmental disabilities;">
• Collaborating with BCBA supervisors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans;">
• Conducting behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment decisions;">
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes;">
• Providing regular feedback and updates to patients, families, and clinical staff.">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred;">
• 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities;">
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices, including positive reinforcement techniques;">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams;">
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.">
