Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic travel assignment. As a Speech Therapist, you will assess patients, diagnose disorders that impact swallowing and speaking, and develop personalized treatment plans. You will also counsel individuals and their families on ways to improve and support their treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
• Assess patients to diagnose disorders that impact swallowing and speaking
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
• Counsel individuals and their families on ways to improve and support treatment plans
• Update patient records according to departmental processes

Requirements:
• Current licensure in the state of Washington
• Advanced degree from an accredited program
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
