Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team at Rust Belt Recruiting. As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding fitted assemblies or parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and part fitting
  • Process inspection and complete documentation forms to ensure quality control
  • Use hand grinders, buffers, and other equipment to finish parts according to customer specifications
  • Manage short-term production runs, including 1, 5, 10, 20, and 50-piece runs
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding required
  • Proficient math skills, including understanding of fractions, decimals, and metrics
  • High level of finishing skills
