Job Title: Teller

Polish National Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, handling financial transactions, and promoting credit union products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality service to members, handling their financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify members' needs and suggest credit union products and services that can improve their financial lives.
  • Perform various clerical functions and assist other member service representatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Strong math skills and cash handling experience.
  • Superior organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
