Wound Care Professional with Travel Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Wound Care Professional to join our team at ReNew Wound Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced wound care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities throughout Central New Jersey.
About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient wounds and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
- Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care.
Requirements:
- Valid License as a PA.
- Board Certified: NCCPA.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
- Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
