We are seeking a motivated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant with Medication Certification to join our team.
Job SummaryAs a Certified Nursing Assistant with Medication Certification, you will provide direct care to physically ill individuals with diverse emotional problems and developmental disabilities ranging in age from adolescent to geriatric.
Responsibilities- Assist with personal hygiene duties including bathing, changing linen, and making beds.
- Practice and promote open and effective communication across the organization.
- Maintain positive relationships with all staff and individuals.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalency.
- Certified as a Nursing Assistant within Virginia.
- Valid Virginia Driver's License in good standing with DMV.
- Working experience as a nursing assistant within the field of medical-surgical, psychiatric, rehabilitation, geriatrics, or intellectual developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Establish a relationship with a reputable referral agency for behavioral health.
