Position Overview:

This role focuses on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon project award.

Conduct research and facilitate the processing of both structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations. This will support entity extraction, disambiguation, common operating picture solutions, visualization, and other data-related initiatives. Enhance data entity extraction, entity resolution, pattern extraction, link analysis, and human and social network connections, along with cloud-based analytical processing, data frameworks, visualization support, and related algorithms. Develop, modify, and sustain software capabilities that derive insights from data, including information systems, software applications, machine learning models, automation, and other software components.

Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN: A Journeyman level requires 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. Typically, a Journeyman can perform all functional duties independently.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI required.

Physical Requirements: The position necessitates extensive use of computing systems, including PCs or laptops. Responsibilities may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Sufficient mobility is required for tasks such as bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling. May involve climbing and working in confined spaces. Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended durations is essential. Work may occur in noisy environments with varying temperatures. Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds is necessary. Walking moderate to long distances may be required due to parking availability and work location. Occasional travel to other sites may be necessary.

Work Environment: Primarily an office setting. This may include cubicle workspaces with considerations for close quarters, moderate noise levels, and varying lighting conditions. Collaboration with co-workers, customers, and management at all levels is essential. The work environment is generally safe with no unusual hazards. Limited travel may be required, up to 10% of the time.

Equipment and Tools: Proficiency in operating office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and other necessary tools is required.

Attendance: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is crucial for meeting deadlines and attending meetings. Punctuality and consistent attendance are necessary. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate critical mission needs.

Essential Functions: Professional conduct is expected at all times when interacting with customers, management, and colleagues. Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Appropriate grooming and attire are required for the position, ensuring no safety risks to employees or others. Maintaining a positive work environment through professional behavior and communication is vital. Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary. Travel to customer locations and project sites may be required, including potential airline travel. Compliance with safety regulations, including the use of seat belts while driving for work purposes, is mandatory. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required. A commitment to professional behavior that enhances productivity and fosters teamwork is essential. The ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels is important. Willingness to travel as needed is expected.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $116,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual compensation within this range is determined by work location and various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
