Job Summary:

As a Bartender at Island Time Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. This role requires a strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beers, frozen drinks, and wines, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests quickly with enthusiasm and friendliness.
  • Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.


Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including some weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule.
  • Excellent people skills and outgoing personality.
  • Team player.
  • Hard worker.
  • Honest.
