The Senior Emergency Medical Technician Supervisor is tasked with overseeing daily monitoring activities and executing scheduled inspections both internally and externally. This role is critical in responding promptly to all emergency incidents within the community, while consistently exemplifying outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Safety Manager with essential administrative tasks, including but not limited to: processing and managing access cards; handling parking permits; and maintaining inventory levels for supplies.
- Provide leadership to the Safety Department team, offering daily guidance and support regarding departmental operations.
- Assist in the training and development of Safety Department staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Conduct daily monitoring checks alongside the Safety Manager or designated representative, perform scheduled inspections, maintain departmental equipment, and report any safety concerns to uphold community safety and security.
- Respond immediately to all emergency situations, adhering to established First Responder protocols and safety procedures.
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service principles to all internal and external stakeholders consistently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Current CPR, AED, and EMT certification is mandatory
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a medical response setting
- At least six months of employment within the Safety Department
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
