- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify and address potential safety hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including overhead cranes and fork trucks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Monday - Friday schedule with 50-hour work week and weekends off.
- Eligibility for quarterly bonus after 90-day probationary period.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) retirement plan, health insurance, and paid time off.
