We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Coordinator to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating and managing access to our Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary program, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate strong relationships with top strategic referrers to increase access and case volume.
- Coordinate outpatient referrals and inpatient admissions for NGPG General Surgery and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary services.
- Develop and evaluate data reports from the HPB-NSQIP database system.
- Work closely with surgery scheduler to optimize surgical scheduling and patient management.
- Identify trends with high-volume referring offices and work with Business Development to develop positive community referral relationships.
- Licensure or other certifications: LPN
- Educational Requirements: Associates degree required. Four (4) additional years of clinical experience in hospital or clinical practice setting might be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years clinical experience in hospital or clinical practice setting.
