Job Title: Truss Builder/Lino Lakes

We are seeking a skilled Truss Builder to join our team in Lino Lakes. This is a full-time, temporary position with a competitive hourly rate of $12-$12.50.

About the Job:

  • This role involves assembling pre-cut wood or metal pieces into triangular structures by hand.
  • You will reinforce the connecting joints with metal plates and measure each part for accuracy to ensure the structure provides necessary support.

Requirements:

  1. Able to stand, walk, and crouch for 9-10 hours a day.
  2. Must have a hammer, safety glasses, work gloves, and steel toe boots.
  3. Previous experience preferred but not required.

Schedule: Daily pay between 6AM-6PM, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Shifts include 7AM-3:30PM ($12/hr) and 3:30PM-1AM ($12.50/hr).
