Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents' needs and establish treatment plans to meet their goals
  • Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care within accepted practice methods

  • Perform clinical documentation and maintain accurate billing records

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

  • Prefer experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and governmental guidelines
