About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Support Associate to join our team at Gateway Triangle Corp. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

As a Dining Room Support Associate, you will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting with serving food to tables. You will work closely with our servers to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Service: Clear and set tables efficiently, ensuring that each table is prepared for the next guest
  • Stocking and Replenishment: Restock all service stations, including silverware, linen, and condiments, to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency
  • Serving and Assistance: Assist servers with food and beverage service, ensuring that each guest receives their order promptly and accurately
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, booths, and chairs
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work as part of a team, multitasking and adapting to changing situations with ease
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods, as well as walk, bend, and stoop
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry
Benefits and Compensation

The Dining Room Support Associate is a non-exempt, hourly position. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to our employees, including a salary range of $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location.
