Position Overview

This role offers the flexibility of full remote work.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy that aligns with our core values and sustainability objectives.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to embed ESG principles into various business operations, including supply chain, product innovation, and operational processes.
  • Perform ESG risk evaluations and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, such as investors, regulatory agencies, NGOs, and industry colleagues, to remain updated on sustainability trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the gathering, analysis, and reporting of ESG metrics, ensuring precision and adherence to pertinent European and USA reporting standards.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives to elevate awareness and comprehension of ESG matters among employees at all organizational levels.
  • Stay informed about significant ESG regulatory changes and guarantee the organization’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and audits to monitor the effectiveness and impact of ESG initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting corrective measures as needed.
  • Promote innovation and ongoing improvement in ESG practices, exploring new technologies, partnerships, or initiatives that advance our sustainability agenda.
  • Manage various projects related to environmental and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Sustainability.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in executing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs and overseeing ESG initiatives within a medium to large corporation.
