WellSpan Health is seeking a highly qualified Faculty Member to join our esteemed Family Medicine Residency Program in York, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:- Practice and teach full-spectrum family medicine to 24 residents, with a preference for obstetrics
- Conduct outpatient care sessions at Thomas Hart Family Practice, with three half-day sessions per week
- Precept residents in 2-3 half-day sessions per week, providing guidance and mentorship
- Develop high-quality educational curriculum and experiential rotations, adhering to ACGME requirements in simulation training, in-office ultrasound use, practice management, and Medication-Assisted Therapy
- Board certification or eligibility in ABFM or AOBFM
- Prior core faculty member experience is preferred
- Highly competitive compensation and incentive plan
