About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled ALS Dispatcher to join our team at Atlantic Health System. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

  • Dispatch ALS units to emergency calls in North and Central New Jersey.
  • Coordinate with hospitals to provide information from the scene of large-scale incidents.
  • Monitor and record status and location of all vehicles and personnel.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of previous emergency and/or medical transport dispatching experience.
  • EMD (New Jersey or National Academy) certification preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.

Compensation

  • A competitive salary of $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
