Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement assessment and treatment plans in accordance with Cortica's clinical model, BACB, and insurance requirements.
  • Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients, as well as to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors within your team.
  • Ensure high-quality clinical care by meeting all supervisory and parent training hour requirements while maintaining productivity standards.
  • Conduct monthly supervision sessions for all RBTs in your team, completing necessary documentation and engaging in at least 5% of hours in one-on-one or group supervision.
  • Continuously monitor and update the programming elements of each client's clinical case, ensuring effective communication with the team.
  • Support Assistant Supervisors in data collection, organization, and analysis to aid in progress report preparation.
  • Collaborate with the Director to review scheduled hours and optimize supervision and parent training hours.
  • Engage in insurance authorization reviews with assistance from the ABA Site Leader.
  • Participate in and/or lead departmental meetings.
  • Contribute to Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload.
  • Prioritize and assist in implementing safety initiatives.
  • Embody Cortica's core values, serving as a role model for fellow team members.
  • This role may require occasional physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of up to 40 pounds may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Human Services or a related field is required.
  • Current BCBA certification is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism is preferred.
  • Fieldwork experience in home-based settings and collaboration with multidisciplinary agencies serving autistic children and their families is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using software and systems, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office products, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect patient information is required.

The base salary range for this position is $80,266 to $100,333 annually. Compensation will be determined based on skill level, relevant experience, education, and location.
