Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our team at Compass Health Network. As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you will provide immediate person-centered assistance to individuals in crisis, assessing their needs and providing clinically appropriate interventions and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered and trauma-informed services to individuals in crisis
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention using appropriate platforms
  • Complete Zero Suicide screenings and identify individual needs in a timely manner
  • Make follow-up calls or visits as required
  • Communicate effectively with community partners and maintain documentation of referrals
  • Attend monthly meetings and weekly clinical supervision with Mobile Crisis Clinician Supervisor
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and provide culturally competent services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field required
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
  • At least one year of experience working in behavioral health required if Bachelor's degree is the highest education level obtained
  • Working knowledge of DSM-V required
  • A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required
  • Reliable transportation
