HR Generalist

Martin County Hospital District is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for performing human resources related duties at the professional level to implement daily activities and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

• Recruitment and Selection: Source and screen candidates for open positions, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
• HRIS: Enter payroll, benefits, and related data into computer systems accurately.
• Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain policies and procedures in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Martin County Hospital District.

• Associate's degree in human resources, business, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Two years of work experience in a hospital setting or related field.
• HR certification preferred.
