Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Florida.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Interventional Radiology, Vascular, and Neuro procedures, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive team culture.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures, including catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
- Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including pre-procedure preparation, procedure execution, and post-procedure recovery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical technologies and procedures.
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography.
- AHA ACLS and BLS certifications.
- 2+ years of experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
