About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Summit ASC Franklin Square. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, employees, and patients to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and performance evaluation procedures to optimize facility operations.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to staff members to enhance their skills and career development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in clinical supervision, program management, and budgeting.
  • Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field, including ISO.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems, including patient management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
