We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at CertainTeed Gypsum. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and understand all equipment in the warehouse
  • Safely operate forklifts to load rail cars
  • Bag products for rail car deliveries
  • Inspect all incoming inventory for damage and take appropriate action
  • Identify and react to product defects – last quality check before shipment
  • Use first in first out (FIFO) methodologies
  • Diagram load configurations for rail
  • Process bill of ladings and pick tickets as required
  • Operate rail car mover and conduct rail switches
  • Secure, prep and load rail cars using fall restraints while working at heights
  • Input daily receiving data into the database
  • Inspect, document and receive inbound products
  • Perform cycle counts for raw materials and finished good products
