We offer a competitive hourly rate of $52-$57, guaranteed weekly hours, and access to clinical and technical support. Our 1099 contract position provides an attractive opportunity for experienced speech therapists.

Job Description

We seek a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Washington state. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders and a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a structured and safe environment that promotes academic and social growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, specialists, and staff to support students' unique needs.
  • Develop, manage, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students with disabilities.
  • Modify teaching strategies and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Washington SLP license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Reliable high-speed internet and computer
  • Preferred experience in virtual therapy
