We are a reputable Property Management firm seeking to fill an immediate vacancy for a Maintenance Supervisor. This role is essential for overseeing the general upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, masonry, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs.
- Prepare unoccupied units for new tenants, manage work orders, and ensure the grounds are well-maintained.
- Be on call for emergency maintenance issues that arise outside of regular hours.
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules and special projects as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily housing maintenance with a strong background in repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Possession of EPA Universal or Type II certification is required.
- Willingness to be available for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Must have a smartphone for communication and task management.
Salary: $30-34 per hour, based on experience.
