Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operatory Assistant to provide exceptional support to our dentists and patients. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting patients with comfort and dignity, while ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments, maintaining a high standard of infection control.
  • Accurately charting patient data, including medical history, treatment plans, and post-procedure instructions.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
