Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia in Belmont, CA.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing multi-specialty group providing high-quality medical services to patients in San Mateo County. As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and developing and implementing patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing medications and therapies
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and consult with physicians and specialists as needed
- Coordinate patient care across various settings
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, a valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California, and nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare). Completion of state-mandated educational courses is also required.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, sign-on, productivity, and quality bonuses, comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance, and the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
