We're seeking qualified Housekeepers to contribute to our Texas Health family.

Work Details:

Work Location: Texas Health Flower Mound

Work Hours: Rotating Shifts

Department Highlights:

  • Collaborate in a team environment to achieve a sense of accomplishment.

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume department with an average of 450 patients per day.
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
  • 6 Months related experience preferred.
  • 6 Months of housekeeping or janitorial experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:

  • Clean assigned areas according to procedure to meet established infection control, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
  • This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, pulling trash, pulling dirty linen, cleaning sinks, commodes, countertops, showers, and beds.
  • Replenish linen and other supplies, such as paper towels, trash bags, toilet tissue, etc., in assigned areas.
  • Replenish supplies on housekeeping carts or in assigned areas to prepare work areas for the next service period.
  • Keep all equipment clean and report broken equipment to the supervisor.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
