As the Field Vice President, you will be at the helm of driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of our commercial sales initiatives across all Claire's retail locations. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding the field team to achieve fiscal objectives while fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive operations strategy that aligns with short, medium, and long-term business goals, ensuring the achievement of both operational and financial objectives.
- Facilitate significant enhancements in business performance, swiftly advancing initiatives to optimize personnel, processes, and operational frameworks.
- Revamp the existing operational structure to elevate standards, quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, positioning Claire's as a leader in the retail market.
- Engage in the broader business strategy development and contribute to critical organizational decisions that affect all employees.
- Assemble and nurture a high-performing team across various functions including store operations, HR, customer service, property management, loss prevention, and health and safety.
- Provide robust strategic and operational guidance to the Regional and District Manager teams, fostering talent development and high performance.
- Instill best practices throughout the organization, uniting all team members in the mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maximize EBITDA through effective sales strategies and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all operational activities.
- Collaborate with home office support functions to leverage every opportunity for growth.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years in senior multi-store management or equivalent experience is essential.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and supervise teams at both store and district levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and reading comprehension skills.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and strategic problem-solving.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
- Willingness to travel as required.
