We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Lead - Material Handler to join our team at RJW Logistics Group. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality control and efficiency in our material handling processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team of Material Handlers: Supervise and mentor a team of material handlers to ensure they are meeting company standards and expectations.
- Oversee Receiving, Storing, and Shipping: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate inventory records and minimal discrepancies.
- Operate Forklifts and Equipment: Safely operate sit-down forklifts and other equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to coordinate logistics and streamline processes, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
