About the CNA Trainee Role

Dove Healthcare is proud to participate in the WisCaregiver Careers Program, offering a unique opportunity for individuals to start their CNA career with a paid training program.

Program Benefits
  • Have your CNA class and testing fee paid for
  • Earn $15/hour for your attendance time in the CNA class
  • Be eligible for a $500 bonus after working as a CNA with us for six consecutive months
How the Program Works
  1. Apply for the CNA Trainee position
  2. Participate in a successful interview
  3. Sign the program agreement
  4. Choose a CNA class (free) that works best for your schedule
  5. Take the state competency exam at no cost to you
  6. Receive a $500 bonus after six consecutive months of work as a CNA at one of our participating Dove Healthcare locations
