Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants. You will provide direct support to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation.
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Assist individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience working with developmental disabilities.
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
