As a Dishwasher, you play a crucial role in maintaining our cleanliness
In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely washing pans or baskets as they arrive from our delivery trucks.

As a member of the Panera Fresh Dough Facility team, your responsibilities include:

Operating the tunnel washer for pans/baskets
Organizing clean transport devices for production use
Adhering to strict protocols to ensure consistently high-quality products.
Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices.
Contributing to our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
Supporting your manager and team as needed.

Ideal candidates will possess:
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently while handling various production tasks

Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment focused on quality, process control, and safety

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Ability to operate equipment with manual dexterity
Ability to stand, walk, squat, and sit for extended periods
Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
Ability to push and lift items of varying weights (including carts up to 400 pounds with assistance)
Ability to perform repetitive motions with arms and hands.
