Range Generation Next LLC is seeking a Radar Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands, Roi-Namur. This challenging role offers a salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
We are responsible for ensuring preventative and corrective maintenance for the ALTAIR radar antenna electro-mechanical systems and structural members is performed per maintenance schedule. Additionally, you will oversee maintenance crew to ensure tasks are performed properly, maintain operational equipment, and maintain shop equipment.
This position requires ability to safely climb to heights up to 100 ft. to perform and oversee maintenance activities. You must also have ability to effectively perform maintenance, repairs, and replacement of complex mechanical systems; gear boxes, pumps, motors, bearings, and coax/waveguide components. General computer literacy using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is required, along with strong written & verbal communication skills.
Required qualifications include Associate degree in electronics, RF, other technical field or a two year technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two or more years of technical experience, including technical, hands-on work experience with mechanical/electrical maintenance and repairs, is necessary.
